ClarivAI provides AI-powered contract analysis for B2B and B2C documents. We analyse uploaded documents and provide insights, risk assessments, and summaries.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Free Trial — Analyze up to 3 documents at no cost.
• Pro — $19/month for up to 20 documents with file downloads.
• Business — $39/month for up to 100 documents with file downloads and priority support.

Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ABOTDX LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
